Each cohort includes up to 40 selected participants.
Is there a stipend?
The initial cohort phase does not have a stipend. After performance review, the top 10 participants transition into a advanced internship phase with stipend.
How long does the program run?
The cohort phase typically runs for 2–3 months before performance review.
How are participants selected?
All applicants complete an AI-based interview assessment. Selection is merit-driven and structured.
What happens if I am not selected for the stipend phase?
Participants who complete the cohort can opt for the Industry Readiness Program to continue advancing their technical capability.
Do I receive a certificate?
Yes. Participants receive Certification of Industrial Capability upon successful completion.
